McDonald's in Dessau

The waitress doesn't understand German, so the wrong food, scrambled eggs under all pig, coffee cold, no not again. Was a great store :(

Always worth a detour. You don't have to go every week, but I'm happy to take something with me when I pass it. Especially since I can't make friends with the other burger chain from the USA.

Great service also on Fridays at 9:00 p.m. Many greetings from Raguhn-Jeßnitz!

Currently only Mc Drive is possible. But everything was very quick and friendly.

Mc Flury also tastes good in winter ... delicious

Clean restaurant, all products in stock on the day of our stay. It's a shame, the parking lot was cordoned off with a tape, a bit confusing in the dark. You are not allowed to eat in this parking lot and have to look for a place elsewhere.

The people there are overwhelmed. I can only recommend everyone to check your food upon receipt. We were missing 5 products and one was wrong.

Meat made from washed beef fat, but delicious 👌🤟🙃

One would think that in times of the pandemic and partial lockdown, employees are happy when as many people as possible take care of themselves during the drive ... far from it in Dessau. Yesterday, Sunday noon before twelve, three adults and two children want to pamper themselves with a complete package at home. As soon as the order was placed at the counter, it was clear that the lady still had an urgent need for skills training. Communication underground. Which then showed up at home in an incomplete delivery. Although this problem must have been around for a long time, as often as it is called here. We won't test it again. Once is enough.

Lots going on, but it was handled by the staff so there was no mess. Otherwise everything MC Donalds usual ...

Long waiting times. Ambience like a pigsty, that's exactly what the food tastes like. There is food everywhere. The promised glasses don't exist. French fries: cold and hard, burger rolls totally mushy

Food was ok, but unfortunately mc Donald's taste has diminished in recent years, I think.

Always nice, everything was always okay with the food, I have nothing to complain about.

Were there three quarters of an hour ago, there wasn't much activity, orders only via the terminal and then you don't even get everything you ordered because the staff (two young girls) couldn't handle it! It was not the first time that a part of the meal was missing when unpacking at home !!

For me the worst McDonald's branch !! Orders only via PC, waiting times far too long. If you save on employees, the shot can only backfire. You won't find my friends and me there again

There was no breakfast at 8:30 in the morning (only McMuffins), so I switched to a normal menu. The Big Mac was almost cold, but apart from that in the usual quality.

One hour waiting for the food! The worst MC Donald I have ever been!

Not much impressed as we planned for late night food and restaurant got shut down at 12, althougg the official closing time.written is 1 am. Otherwise sitting arrangement was awesome but the service was bad. Cheese chilli nuggets were not fresh, felt like made warm twice.

good MC. Clean in the toilet too. friendly service. Eat fresh without a long wait and cola without ice. Few can do that.
